How do I contact Hats for Health Heros?

I continue to work nightshift as a bedside RN so the best way to contact me for product questions is through e-mail. I promise to return your messages as soon as I possibly can.

Do you know that Heros is spelled incorrectly?

Yes, I know it is spelled wrong. When I began selling on Etsy the original name was too long with the "e" included in the word heroes. I decided to shorten heroes to fit within the Etsy page name guidelines.
I could've changed the name to the correct spelling when I created this website, but I already have a facebook group and product with my labels attached so I decided to keep it the same.

Also, I kind of like that it's spelled wrong. Usually anyone that works in healthcare is a little "unique" in their own weird way 😁

How long will it take to get my order?

If there are no changes (added ties/cordlock toggle) to the hat(s) your order may be shipped the same day depending on the time the order is placed. Hat(s) with added ties or cordlock toggle will be shipped within 2-4 days of order.

Please note
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipment notification email with a tracking number for usps.com. Tracking numbers are provided to help you see where your package is and how it is moving toward its destination.

Once your package is received at the post office, it is in the hands of the postal service. I will not have any control over its delivery. I do not have access to any further shipping infomation other than what is provided by the tracking information that you can see.

Will you make custom orders?

Yes! Listed below are the fabric measurements you’ll need to send me for each hat style you want created: 

Bouffant (matching headband): 3/4 yard of fabric.

Bouffant (coordinating fabric headband): 3/4 yard of main fabric & 1/4 yard of coordinating (head band) fabric.

**If you want ties added to your hat please include (2) 18" sections of ribbons for each hat.

 

Ponytail (matching headband): 3/4 yard of fabric

Ponytail (coordinating fabric headband): 3/4 yard of main fabric & 1/2 yard of coordinating (headband & ponytail pocket) fabric.

 

Each custom hat is $18. Please contact me to discuss custom order details prior to sending fabric. Once details have been finalized, I will send you an invoice that will need to be paid prior to beginning work on your custom order hat(s).

Please include a note with fabric(s) that describe the hat(s) you want to be made and cord lock preference.

Custom orders take approximately 5-7 days to complete and ship. I will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Please feel free to message me with any questions.

Can I return my bouffant/ponytail surgical cap?

Every hat is inspected prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product is received. If you do find a defect or blemish please contact me via email info@hatsforhealthheros.com. Please include description of damage/blemish and pictures to help determine if product is eligible for a return.  

Order returrns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition within 30 days and must have return authorization. 

How is your inventory stored?

After the hats are completed and photographed they are placed in individual plastic bags and sealed. All sealed bags are then placed in a sealed plastic storage container to keep my hats at their best quality and to protect from any moisture or light until they are sold.

These payment methods ensure consistent access to familiar and secure payment, transparent information on how to pay and what to pay for.

Buyers must pay for 100% of the items they purchase within 4 calendar days. If the buyer doesn't pay within this timeframe, the seller can cancel the order and an unpaid cancellation will be recorded on the buyer's account.
